Safety first

• All of our properties have up to date landlords gas safety certficiates carried out fully qualified Gas Safe engineers, as well as a landlord periodic inspection report, carried out by an NICEIC regulated engineer, which are available on request.

Bond protection...

• We register your bond through the Tenancy Depost Scheme. Any landlord or agent holding a bond must register with one of three schemes by law. Click the link below which provides an explanitory leaflet explaing what the TDS involves.
