Paul Rock, Managing Director
Paul first found his passion for property back in the 1980s, when he began renovating houses. In the 1990s, he teamed up with his dad to buy, renovate, and rent properties, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the housing market. In 2004, Paul took the next step and founded The Letting Company, building it into the trusted, family-run letting agency it is today. With decades of experience and a genuine commitment to personal service, Paul continues to lead the business with the same care and integrity it was founded on.

Louise Squires, Office Manager
Louise joined the family business in 2009, working alongside her dad, Paul. Having grown up around property, she brings a natural understanding of the industry and a personal touch to everything she does. Louise now oversees the day-to-day running of the company, ensuring things run smoothly for landlords and tenants alike. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients have helped shape The Letting Company into a friendly agency you can rely on.
